WELCOME TO CENTRAL REGISTRATION

In an effort to make the enrollment process user-friendly for our parents the central registration office offers an online enrollment tool that simplifies the registration process.

The Genesis Open Registration process must be completed in a single sitting. Please take a few moments to read and review the Genesis Open Registration process. Below you will find the link to the Genesis Open Registration and along with a detailed guide.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

STEP 1:  GATHER REQUIRED REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

  • Birth Certificate - Birth Certificate must have a raised seal on it.

  • Current Immunization & Health record

  • Transfer card/transcripts and current report card if transferring from another state or district.

  • Parent/Guardian Photo driver’s license or State ID

  • Proof of Residency (details in Step 2)

  • Guardianship Documents (if applicable)

  • Online Pre-registration (link below). Please print the confirmation page and bring it with you.

STEP 2: PROOF OF RESIDENCY - PLEASE PROVIDE FOUR (4) FORMS (LISTED BELOW) TO DEMONSTRATE RESIDENCY.

Homeowners:

  • Parent/Guardian Photo ID (required)

  • One (1) - Property Tax Bill, Deed, Settlement Statement, or Mortgage Statement

  • Three (3) pieces of mail -Voter registration, licenses, permits, financial account information, utility bills, and other evidence of personal attachment to a particular property

Renters: 

  • Parent/Guardian Photo ID (required)

  • One (1) - Current Lease or Current Renewal Notice

  • Three (3) pieces of mail -Voter registration, licenses, permits, financial account information, utility bills, and other evidence of personal attachment to a particular property

Residing with a Willingboro Township Resident

  • Resident who owns the home must file an “Affidavit of Domicile” and provide proof of residency as a Homeowner (see above). Host Family Affidavit and

  • Parent must submit an “ Affidavit Student - Parent-Guardian” and provide Parent/Guardian Photo ID (required) and Two (2) pieces of mail - Voter registration, licenses, permits, financial account information, utility bills, and other evidence of personal attachment to a particular property 

Parents Residing with Host Family Affidavit

  • Resident who rents the home must provide a copy of their lease and an addendum by the landlord listing the additional person(s) living in the property.

  • The Renter must provide proof of residency

    • Three (3) pieces of mail - Voter registration, licenses, permits, financial account information, utility bills,  and other evidence of personal attachment to a particular property

STEP 3:  PROVIDE PROOF OF GUARDIANSHIP (IF APPLICABLE)

Please provide all court documents pertaining to educational and/or residential custody.

STEP 4:  FILL OUT THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

  • Go to Genesis Open-Registration Portal to Start to Register your child/children online.

    • Three (3)  Important Reminders on Completing & Submitting via the  "OPEN-PORTAL":

      • 1)  Each word entered MUST start with a Capital Letter 

      Example: Thomas Carl Smith

      • 2)  Do NOT use Abbreviations 

      Example: Country Club Circle not Cir. or cir. 

      • 3)  All students MUST have an Emergency Contact

      Example: Family/Friend, anyone other than the parents/legal guardians
