DISABILITY APPLICATIONS AND PENSION WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION | Disability & Pension Withdrawal applications can be completed on-line through the New Jersey Department of Pensions Member Benefits Online System (MBOS). MBOS is a set of Internet-based applications that allow registered members access to their pension and, if applicable, health benefit account information.
