Inclement weather at Twin Hills... Please prepare your child for inclement weather. Expect additional delays in the parking lot on inclement weather days and plan accordingly. Our plan is as follows: Arrival: 1st and 2nd grade students will enter the library from the blacktop and wait inside. 3rd and 4th grade students will enter near the doors by the basketball court and wait inside. Dismissal: 1st and 2nd grade students will be dismissed from the main entrance under the awning. Parents will need to park and walk up due to the buses in the bus lane. 3rd and 4th students will be dismissed from the doors near the basketball area. They will not be expected to wait outside in inclement weather. If you have issues with mobility, please call the office to make different arrangements. We cannot escort your child(ren) to you. You will not be allowed admittance to the bus lane. The bus lane is only for buses and the safety of our students cannot be compromised. However, we are more than willing to make additional arrangements. This plan can be modified at any time, if changes occur, you will be notified. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Good Evening Twin Hills Families: The first day of school is upon us! We are so excited to meet you and welcome you back. Please be advised of the following information for our 1st day. Arrival: If you plan on staying for the clap-in, please park in the back 3 rows of the lot. If you are dropping off, please use the drop-off area and carefully exit the driveway. The bus lane is closed to everyone except the buses. If your child attends before school, please park in the lot and walk them up. Please be mindful of the crossing guards and students walking. Grades 1-2 will meet their teachers at the blacktop area. Grades 3-4 will meet their teachers at the basketball courts. Children in the following classes will be brought to the multipurpose room to meet their teachers: Ms. Dixon, Ms. Wright, Ms. Hunt, Mrs. Jones-Alalouf, and Ms. Murry. Overflow parking: If the large parking lot is full, please park at Broido and walk over using the crosswalk. School staff will be present to assist families. Parents and caregivers are not permitted to enter the building, but please join us for the clap-in at the front of the school. Dismissal: Grades 1-2 will be picked up from the blacktop. Grades 3-4 please pick your child up at the basketball courts. Please walk up to meet your child so we can ensure they are safely returned to you. We look forward to seeing you!
